All prices exclude taxes. Taxes will be calculated based on company location according to applicable laws. For migrations exceeding article limits, the price will increase by 10% for each 100K articles. For monthly active user limits exceeded, the price will increase at a rate of €100/month per 100K users. Current prices may change in the future for new clients.

Who is this service for?
It’s mainly designed for local or regional newspapers. However, it also fits larger media outlets and other types of media such as magazines, TV channels, or radio stations. We recommend getting in touch with us to assess your specific case.
How long does the initial setup take?
It depends on the current client queue and the amount of content to migrate. On average, it takes around 4 to 6 weeks once all technical and legal requirements are provided by the client.
When will I be billed?
Initial costs (setup and data migration) are charged at the time of contract signing. Monthly billing begins once the setup and migration phases are completed, as stated in the contract.
Can I keep using my current CMS?
Yes. Our platform supports API integrations with most CMSs on the market. Deployment and maintenance costs remain the same, but you can continue managing your content or even keep your current website if you prefer.
What happens if I cancel the service?
There’s no commitment or minimum contract period. You can cancel anytime, though payments are non-refundable. While we’ll be sorry to see you go, we’ll help you export your data and migrate to another platform.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we don’t offer refunds once a payment has been processed. We recommend contacting our team to clarify any doubts before signing the contract.
